    This is a 2 tier fruit cake that has been covered in marzipan and then covered in renshaws white and poppy red decor icing. The board has been crimped and covered with a ribbon. The base tier has been quilted using a Cake Boss Quilting Imprint mat, I then went over the quilting design with a PME Design wheel and then impressed the points with an umbrella tool and then pushed in the white sugar balls.     These Num nom cupcakes were made to accompany the Berry Berry Swirl Cake I made for my God-daughter. I used claret pink for the faces of the pink num noms and then used a darker claret pre dyed icing for the bows. The eyes and nose are again Renshaws black decor icing and the eyelashes were made using a foodoodler black coloured edible pen.     This is a strawberry flavoured madeira cake, lightly covered in stock syrup for extra moisture. It is filled with strawberry milkshake buttercream and strawberry jam and then covered in white icing to base it, then re covered in claret coloured icing to give a lovely smooth finish.     Here is the Lemon Bundt Cake and the Orange Marble Bundt Cake that I made recently using the Heritage Bundt Tin. The lemon bundt cake is the first picture and was topped with icing sugar, the second is a picture of the orange marble bundt cake showing the marble effect throughout the cake.     Here is the other of the Christmas cakes I made albeit this was my Husband's request. I turned the domed Christmas cake into an igloo, covered it in marzipan and then covered the igloo and board in white icing fondant.
