Christmas overload...this was a Christmas cake my dad helped me decorate and was our centre piece for Christmas dinner. He had fun making the front snowmen and did really well considering they were his first attempt. He inspired me to do the penguins and we had a lot of laughs putting the final design together.
A madeira builders cake covered with edible building decorations such block pavings, a lump hammer, Travis Perkins Sand Bag, a Concrete Mixer, stones, buckets and brown sugar for the sand. This was made for my Dad for his 21 years in business in Feb 2011.

Here is a Ferrero Rocher cake that I have made for my friends birthday. It contains a chocolate and vanilla sponge cake which has been covered in Dairy Milk chocolate. Then I placed it on the pre iced cake board (that I had covered and edged earlier) and surrounded it with Rossini Curls (thanks Paul!).
